Keith A. Cardoza, Jr. is a founding partner of IGC and brings wide-ranging experience and three-state bar membership to the firm. Keith’s practice spans numerous civil litigation areas, including workers’ compensation, general insurance defense law, premises and product liability, and tort actions. In addition, Keith's practice focuses on self-insureds and insurance carriers in litigation relating to the Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act.
Keith was admitted to the Bars of the State of Rhode Island and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 2010 and to the State of Connecticut Bar in 2012. He has appeared in every trial court in the State of Rhode Island, Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and State of Connecticut. He was appointed and serves as an active member of the Rhode Island Workers' Compensation Advisory Council.
Keith earned dual B.A. degrees in English and Political Science at the University of Rhode Island in 2006. His law degree was conferred in 2010 by Roger Williams University, where he was part of the Honors Program and a member of Multicultural Law Students Association.
The Rhode Island Supreme Court licenses all lawyers in the general practice of law. The Court does not license or certify any lawyer as an expert or specialist in any field of practice.
